Please come dressed in fitted althletic wear. You will be barefoot or we have complimentary grip socks.
Pilates training should be done a minimum of 2x a week to get the maximum results.
You can bring a small towel if you wish. All Pilates props and mats are provided. Complimentary bottled water is available, or you can bring your own.
Katie likes to get to know her clients and customize a playlist to their liking. Music moves us and we want to have fun!
Yes! Whether the two of you are splitting the cost and membership or you want to bring someone different with you every time, that is up to you, just make a note when you book your session on who is joining you.
Yes! Just make the Trainer aware and your workout will be tailored accordingly. In fact, the medical community highly encourages Pilates practice for those with Scoliosis.
